Exfoliating pad: www.walmart.com Avalon Organics: www.avalonorganics.com www.neutrogena.com When buying exfoliating pads, make sure that the cotton is higher than the polyester. Wait til the inflammation goes down before using the polyester side of your exfoliating pad.

Hey Rosa, Thank you so much for this tutorial. My teenage daughter had an inflammation pimple two days ago and I tried the tylenol and it work!. Thanks again..I have a question my other daughter can’t shave underarm. We have tried Nair..she bumps up so made. Do you know of anything I can use for her? I really appreciate your knowledge.

Have been meaning to try the aspirin mask for my inflammation, gonna buy some after work and give it a go. Btw I noticed in your last vid you were exfoliating over the inflamed area, just a word of advice it’s best to exfoliate after the swelling has gone down because any friction/abrasion (esp if you have sensitive) skin can actually worsen the problem x

@SecretPlaceDweller91 I kept it on for 15min, the rinse. but you can keep it on longer until the swelling goes down. Boils are different, You have to be seen by a doctor and they would have to give you antibiotic for that if it got out of hand.
Does applying the asprin or pain reliever to the inflammed area apply to boils too? And how long do you need to keep the paste on your face? About 20min or so?
