@BurnKilluminati I don’t know if acupuncture helps balance hormones that much but there are some great herbs for that. Also, a balanced nutritious diet will help balance hormones. I’m going to talk about this more because this seems to be a huge problem in causing acne so future videos will have content about this.
Also looking for way to balance hormones, does acupuncture treatment work?
@onanemptypath Great!
@acneerasingsecrets Ok, thanks so much! I’ll definitely try maca
@onanemptypath There are certain nutrients that you can take to balance hormones. Maca is an herb worth trying out.
more a girls’ issue than guys’ but I’ve been trying to find info on this and I’m coming up with nothing.) My only problem is that during “that time of the month” I will still get 4-5 huge cystic pimples! What can I do to balance my hormones during this week so I don’t have this problem? I only noticed this occurence after I was able to get rid of my constant acne. The entire rest of the month my skin looks awesome now other than for acne scars which have been fading. TIA!
that are harmful, but the only plastic chemical that has been thoroughly researched, and therefore the only one most people know about and look out for, is BPA. Definitely an awesome video!
Now that my plastic rant is over (hehe), I must say that my skin is almost completely clear all the time now since I’ve really looked at what I’m eating, since I cut out processed foods and sugar 5 months ago, and since I’ve been watching your videos. (I hope you don’t mind me asking this cause this is
It is absolutely true that BPA does harmful things in our bodies! The thing I was shocked to find out recently is that “BPA Free” plastics are no safer than plastics with BPA because most companies have replaced BPA with chemicals that are related to BPA (cousins of BPA, if you will). These related chemicals are being found to be just as harmful, if not more harmful, than BPA! I find it irritating that there are so many chemicals used in plastics(not just BPA and chemicals related to BPA) tha
@acneerasingsecrets sounds good!
@lanaboo17 Natural toothpaste from your local health food store, you can also use olive oil or coconut oil as well!
@acneerasingsecrets then what do i use on my teeth? LOL
@howardlynch If you wash your skin too much you will want to reduce how much you wash your skin and that will help. Overall though you want to wash your skin with natural products that don’t cause disruption or imbalances in the skin.
I Also heard sex increases testosterone… And is it normal that NOT washing my face helps my skin heal?
@liv It’s not misinformation, the MASS majority of it does… like 90% or more of plastic has BPA… You only see a few products labeled “BPA Free” so overall it’s better to stay away from plastic.
NOTICE: NOT ALL PLASTIC HAS BPA, please don’t spread misinformation man.
@savannahmonnitor99 toothpaste didn’t get of my acne, it is for brushing your teeth! lol… And most toothpaste I don’t recommend for brushing your teeth or trying to get rid of acne b/c it contains sodium lauryl sulfate and fluoride which you don’t want on your skin or in your mouth b/c they are not natural.
does tooth past get rid of acne
@jcfrisco94 My skin cleared up in about a week when I really got serious and did everything at once… But beforehand I learned and tried so many things to get clear skin for like 5 years or so.

@FrozyWozy Thanks for sharing, does it involve coconut or olive oil?

@Babygirl89jks I recommend stopping, you are doing your body a huge favor by getting off it! Keep learning how to take care of your diet and health and it will get easier and easier to get and keep clear skin.
I asked my doctor if there were any alternatives to the birth control pill and he just didn’t give me any other options which sucks. I’m on birth control now and I never really wanted to be on it so I think I’m going to stop.
@xoiNDiANPRiNCESSxo Honestly i’m not familiar with that brand enough yet to give an opinion on it yet… I would google the ingredients though… If their products contain sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens or BP then I don’t recommend it and no further research needed! lol
