@sts3234 Curious about urine therapy…are you talking about it for skin problems? or any particular skin condiition? I have just heard about UT, so have questions…Thank you
flax oil is expensive but i suppose its worth it if it reduces it i’m sick of kp. i’ll just get a weekend job to pay for it.
Alright then! Band meeting! Bret? Jermaine? Murray? Present!
Few more questions: How do you guys use the flax oil WHEN COOKING? Do you only use it in salads and veggies? Can you COOK with it?.ALSO, when the symptoms are gone from your skin, do you continue using this flax oil or can you use another face cream or maybe even ADD FLAX oil to the cream?. Thanks so so much for ALL your help, I am glad I found you.
I am getting a little confused here. Do you WASH IT OFF (like put in water and maybe face soap) or do you WIPE IT OFF (like getting a small soft towel and removing excess oil from the skin)?.. Thanks to Gazzamoller videos.
Have you ever mixed it with any other creams? like shea butter or mango?
thats a new zealand accent isnt it, u sound like murray hewitt, i love it.
how many spoons of this flax seed oil should i take? i’ve heard its only really effective if u have five but i find thats too mucch and expensive! :S x
Yes, use it as a moisturiser and as a condiment on food. Flax oil can be purchased in 250 or 500ml bottles. This is by far the best value.
Google “gary moller + waihi bush flax oil” for more details about flax oil prodicts.
You don’t just wipe it off, u wash it all off. Also, u should try urine therapy.
Let it soak in for about 15-20 minutes then wipe of any excess.
I was wondering do you put the oil directly on the keratosis? And do you just buy like a little bottle that says “Flax seed oil” or something? I want to try it, my stupid doctor mistaken it as asweat rash… so annoying.
You’re not supposed to keep the oil on for over an hour. It’s like in Oil Pulling, you only apply it for 15 – 30 min, then wash off the toxins and parasites.
I tried using flax oil for a few months and noticed a difference in my skin, but when I applied it directly to my skin it smelled rancid after an hour or so
where do you get flax oil?
You should persist for at least 3 months before seeing anything significant. These things require patience. Best health!
Ensure that your diet has plenty of all the fat soluble vitamins – a, d, e and k. Most modern diets are sadly lacking these.
add to your food as a condiment and use it on the skin
Once opened flax oil should be refrigerated
Hey, very cool. I’ve added flax oil to my diet in about the last 3 weeks or so. I didn’t realize it could do so much for your skin! I’ve been using organic sesame oil as a moisturizer, but after this vid, I’ll try it instead. Do you keep your oil refridgerated? Flax does seem to go rancid quite fast.
IT’S TRUE! After living with keratosis on my face for some years, I purchased the oil and to my amazement they’re now gone. LIKE MAGIC!! I love you Sir!
do you swallow the oil? or swish it?
I am in my forties and spontaneously devloped KP about 3 yrs ago … now it has spread all over my arms, torso, chest, legs and now stomach … I have been going to my GP for months and every time prescribed another batch of creams and oitments – which only last a few weeks and cost a fortune … none of them have worked – not even reduced it …SO NOW I WILL TRY FLAX SEED OIL AS RECOMENDED IN THIS VIDEO !
Just to let you know, folks, that the raw wound on my right hand has now completely disappeared and the rest of my skin is so much better. There will be no removals by the dermatologist for some time, that’s for sure. I am elated.
I will be posting a video update about this soon and you can see for yourself the difference.
